How to Use

1       1.  Remove the backing from the sticky side & press the pad firmly into the Crotch area of your underwear.

2        2.Press the wings over the side to Secure the fit of the pad.

3        3.Change the pad every 3-4 hours or as needed to maintain Hygiene.     

4        4.Do not Flush Pads, wrap them and dispose of in a Bin.
