How to Use
1 1. Remove the backing from the sticky side & press the pad firmly into the crotch area of your underwear.
2 2. Press the wings over the side to secure the fit of the pad.
3 3. Change the pad every 3-4 hours or as needed to maintain hygiene.
4 4. Do not flush pads, wrap them and dispose of in a bin.
