How to Use

1. Remove the backing from the sticky side and press the pad firmly into the crotch area of your underwear.
2. Press the wings over the side to Secure the fit of the pad.
3. Change the pad every 3-4 hours or as needed to maintain hygiene.
4. Do not flush pads, wrap them and dispose of in a bin.
