Refunds policy

We ensure to review each product prior to despatch to check if there are any faults. In the rare event there is a fault with your product be sure to get in touch with us at  so we can be aware of the fault, and we can arrange a replacement for you. Any faulty goods should be reported to us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will replace your item within 24 hours of receiving it, given the item is in stock, otherwise we will contact you. Refunds typically take between 1-5 working days.
