How to Use

1. Remove the backing from the sticky side & press the pad firmly into the Crotch area of your underwear.
2. Press the wings over the side to Secure the fit of the pad.
3. Change the pad every 3-4 hours or as needed to maintain Hygiene. 
4. Do not Flush Pads, wrap them and dispose of in a Bin.
